How do I pay for Calls to Australia?

When you make a call via one of our access numbers, it is your service provider that will charge you - not us.

So for example, if you made a 5 minute call to Australia from a BT phone, then next time you got your BT bill you would see a call to our 0844 number, a duration of 5 minutes and a charge of 5p (plus12.5p BT call set up fee) and absolutely no charges by us. Simple!

That's it! Your call will be charged by your existing phone provider and appear on your next phone bill.
